While working at Fred Segal in Hollywood, Peggy Sirota taught herself how to use a camera. Shooting headshots for her actor/model coworkers to make a little extra money, she fell in love with it and her career as a photographer was born.
Having photographed and directed numerous iconic personalities for magazines and ad campaigns alike, from Lizzo to Dua Lipa, from Robert Downey Jr. to Obama and everyone in between, Peggy is known for creating evocative, authentically emotional images and stories which instantly connect you with her subject. Her background in dance has deeply influenced her love of movement and instinctual awareness of body language which often play a role in Peggy’s creative process.
