Stoney Sharp

Stoney Sharp is a comedy director, writer, and producer best known for his ROFL work in television. Most recently, Stoney directed the pilot SILVER-SHOW for HBO, which was produced by Judd Apatow and starred Sarah Silverman. Prior to becoming work-besties with Miss Silverman, Stoney was a graduate of the USC Film Production program and a long-time director for the Upright Citizens Brigade. He got his start directing BILLY ON THE STREET for TruTV, where he learned titles could be misleading as Billy really was on the sidewalk. In addition to writing and directing numerous shorts for Adult Swim, Funny or Die, CRACKED, and College Humor, he has also developed and directed several projects, including END TIMES GIRLS CLUB with Broadway Video, SMALL VICTORIES for TruTV, and COMEDY BANG! BANG! for IFC. Outside his budding television career Stoney has led numerous commercial and ad campaigns that his mom found to be very funny.
